Choosing a photographer to capture one of the most important days of your life is such a big deal. There are so many amazing photographers out there. My goal as a wedding photographer is to make you feel as comfortable as possible all while capturing the most beautiful images of your wedding day. I want to get to know you ahead of time...chat over coffee about all those small details you're dreaming up! Let's talk about how much your fiancé hates being in front of the camera and how important it is that your sweet Aunt Ruth is going to be there. I want to capture memories that you will cherish for years to come, and that your children will cherish. To me, you're not JUST a bride and groom. You are two people so madly in love, wanting to celebrate that with your closest friends and family. I would be honored if you allowed me to capture this part of your love story!

Family

When I think about capturing a family together, I think about capturing real moments. Sometimes those moments aren't always the looking strait into the camera with the perfect cheesy grin type of moments. They are the snuggling with mom, twirling her hair kind of moments. Or walking with dad as he's holding your baby girls hand kind of moments. As a lifestyle photographer, I promise I wont only get the good "look at me and smile" photo...but I will capture your family together as you really are. We'll laugh and run, walk and climb...maybe even get a little dirty or wet. But that's ok...because that's real. I desire so badly to capture beautiful moments for your family that you will cherish forever...because let's face it, they are growing up WAY TOO FAST! As a mom myself, I know those little things about our children that tug on the heart strings. A picture isn't perfect because everyone's clothes match just right, or everyone's hair is combed down straight. What makes a photo beautiful, is the people in it. You are beautiful, your family is beautiful...let's go adventure and let me show you.
